The Premier
Hair Extensions Franchise
The first full-service membership-driven hair extensions salon built to be the national leader, backed by a powerful portfolio of beauty brands.
The Next Big Opportunity in Beauty Franchising
Backed by Head to Toe Brands and The Riverside Company, Delta Crown is redefining what it means to own a beauty franchise.
A BOOMING CATEGORY WITHOUT A CATEGORY LEADER
Hair extensions are one of the fastest-growing categories in professional beauty, driven by universal demand for confidence, glamour, and hair restoration however no national brand yet leads the space. Delta Crown is built to define it.
ONGOING MAINTENANCE = ONGOING CUSTOMERS
Because extensions require ongoing maintenance, our membership model can turn natural repeat visits into predictable revenue and long-term relationships—delivering confidence as a service, not a trend.
A Thriving Industry
Hair extensions are one of beauty’s fastest-growing categories, yet no national brand leads the space. Guests routinely invest $800+ per install ($1,200+ at Delta Crown) and return regularly for maintenance, lifts, color refreshes, and re-installs.
While the industry averages a 6–8 week visit cycle, Delta Crown’s membership model drives a more frequent 4–6 week cadence—creating higher loyalty and more predictable recurring revenue.
For franchise owners, that consistency can translate into what every entrepreneur values most — predictable, recurring revenue.

Meg Roberts
CEO, Head to Toe Brands
As the Chief Executive Office of Head to Toe Brands, Ms. Roberts brings nearly twenty years of franchise leadership to this exciting new brand. Her experience in brand building, membership-beauty and management of explosive growth helped drive The Lash Lounge to over 100 salons. Since the formation of HTT in 2024, Roberts has focused on the same growth and success for each portfolio brand – including Frenchies Modern Nail Care, Bishops Cuts and now Delta Crown. Ms. Roberts is most well-known for her leadership style and team building, which fuels an exceptionally talented team of over 35 experts who are devoted to exceeding franchisee expectations. Ms. Roberts serves on the Executive Board of the International Franchise Association, and was recently appointed Vice Chair of the Foundation. She’s a graduate of the University of Michigan and an avid Wolverine fan – but she also loves her franchisees in Ohio.
After recovering from an early 80’s incident where her brother vacuumed her long hair into a burning hot mess, Roberts went on to regrow her locks into a massive 90s dome – you know the kind that takes up 50% of the space in your school pictures! Ms. Roberts has been obsessed with the science of hair extensions since 2014, when she first met industry legend (now DCE Education lead) Donnie Little. Fast forward to sliding into Delta Crown Founder Jenna Bowden’s DMs in 2024 – and this dream team is weaving a hair extension franchise Rom-Com!
Kristin Kidd
COO, Head to Toe Brands
With over 15 years in franchising, Kristin Kidd has built a reputation for scaling emerging brands with heart, strategic clarity, and fun. She spent a decade helping grow a single School of Rock location into a 27-unit powerhouse across the U.S., before transitioning to the franchisor side in 2018 with The Lash Lounge. There, she helped grow the system from early-stage to 100+ units nationwide, ultimately playing a key role in the formation of Head to Toe Brands following its acquisition by Riverside Private Equity in 2024.
Today, Kristin serves as Chief Operating Officer of HTT, guiding operations across The Lash Lounge, Bishops Cuts, Frenchies Modern Nail Care, and now Delta Crown. A current franchisee, creative professional, and lifelong music lover, she brings a grounded, people-first approach to leading modern franchise systems.
Kristin Kidd didn’t exactly grow up with great hair. Childhood kitchen cuts resulting in crooked bangs, a rash decision to get a chin-length bob, and even a spiral perm in high school (the 1990s were wild) made sure of that. In college, she became a Toni & Guy model, winning competitions for cuts and color - though the layered, hairsprayed photos are best left in the past. Today, Kristin is proud she can curl her own hair, but what she truly excels at is business operations.
Erica Upshur
EVP Marketing, Head to Toe Brands
Erica Upshur is EVP Marketing at Head to Toe Brands, where she leverages over 20 years of marketing experience to ensure that talent and resources are strategically aligned across sub-brands to maximize their revenue. Her expertise spans multiple industries, including 8 years in franchise marketing, during which she has driven sales growth for brands ranging from 15 to over 1,000 locations. Erica has a proven track record of implementing performance marketing strategies through her work with direct response companies, particularly in the haircare and skincare sectors at Guthy-Renker. She earned her MBA from UCLA Anderson and resides in Los Angeles with her husband, two children, and their 90-pound black Lab.
Growing up with a mom who favored pixie cuts wasn't always easy for a curly-haired child who loved wearing her hair in long layers. Erica still feels traumatized by the bowl cut she got as a kid in the 80s - it was never really in style. She especially loves the way hair extensions can save ladies from the wrong cut or just give women the confidence that comes with having the hair that really fits their own style.
Jenna Bowden
Founder, Delta Crown
Jenna Bowden is the Founder of Delta Crown and has been committed to the beauty industry since the age of 16. She was drawn early to the rare combination of creativity, personal connection, and business that the industry offers, earning her cosmetology license through an Area Vocational Program while completing high school. Despite encouragement to pursue a more traditional path, Jenna chose to build her career hands-on, growing a clientele early and supplementing her education with business coursework.
Jenna Bowden went to beauty school for a simple reason: to learn how to do her own hair. Growing up with thick, frizzy, unmanageable hair, she related more to Mia Thermopolis before the makeover in The Princess Diaries than after. A home perm was her first small win turning frizzy to curly but these hair improvement attempts sparked something bigger.
That personal struggle became a calling, leading Jenna to build Delta Crown around one belief: great hair isn’t about vanity, it’s about confidence and showing up as your best self.
Joe Honkala
CFO, Head to Toe Brands
Joe joined Head to Toe Brands in April 2024 as the Chief Financial Officer. With over 15 years of experience driving growth in private equity-backed organizations, Joe has played a key role in scaling businesses across diverse sectors—ranging from medical device repair companies and physician practice groups to ambulatory surgery centers. Joe started his career in public accounting and is a CPA, but his expertise lies in streamlining operations, optimizing business strategies, and leveraging data-driven insights to maximize growth and profitability. He's committed to delivering sustainable value through strategic leadership and innovative solutions.
If you’re looking for hair inspiration, Joe is … well, he’s a great listener. The last time Joe had a resemblance of a hairstyle, Bill Clinton was in office, and Joe was busy tripping over his own wallet chain. He hasn’t seen a comb since 1996—back when he was rocking a middle part, a shaved undercut, and jeans wide enough to sail a boat in.
These days, he’s shifted the growth from the top of his head to his face, proving that he knows how to pivot a portfolio. As our CFO, he’s the ultimate expert on "scarcity"—he treats every one of your hair extensions like a high-yield investment, mostly because his own hair assets were completely liquidated decades ago. He views hair as the ultimate "appreciating asset"—and is dedicated to making sure your ROI (Return on Inches) is the best in the business.
Patti Rother
CDO, Head to Toe Brands
Patti Rother is Chief Development Officer for Head to Toe Brands, where she oversees franchise sales and supports real estate development across the portfolio, including Delta Crown Extensions. With nearly two decades of experience in franchising, she is known for building smart, scalable growth systems rooted in integrity and long term franchisee success.
Patti brings deep expertise in franchise sales strategy, real estate support, and operational alignment, guiding candidates from first conversation through signing and site selection. Based in Colorado, she lives with her wife, three daughters, one dog, and two cats. If she is not working, she is almost certainly outside, no matter the weather.
Growing up in a Latino household, short hair was not an option. Patti spent much of her childhood with hair down to her waist, which meant weekly wash days that took nearly an hour and a nanny with the patience of a saint. With more hair on her head than most humans, broken hair ties during soccer games were a regular occurrence.
By high school, she discovered the undercut and the lifesaving magic of thinning shears, giving her neck a much needed break after years of hauling around all that hair. Today, Patti rocks an undercut with one side shaved and has proudly passed the thick hair gene on to her daughters, continuing the cycle.
Donnie Little
Director of Education & Product Development, Delta Crown
Donielle (Donnie) Little is Delta Crown’s Lead Education Consultant, shaping the systems, standards, and culture that support the brand as it scales. With 20+ years in the beauty industry and deep expertise in hair extensions, she blends technical mastery with a future-forward approach to education and operational excellence.
Beyond training, Donnie has helped build Delta Crown’s extension methods, tools, quality standards, stylist career paths, and startup systems—ensuring every salon launches with clarity, consistency, and confidence.
Donielle “Donnie” Little’s love of hair began at age nine after a truly regrettable haircut led her to discover the art of bridal styling. Mesmerized by how chaos could become beauty, she recreated the look that same weekend on a very patient friend—and nailed it.
By high school, Donnie was styling classmates’ hair for lunch money (until repeated detentions shut it down). Today, she channels that same passion into educating the next generation of stylists, guiding them toward a professional, law-abiding path to great hair.
Noelle Peter
EVP Education & Innovation, HTT Brands
Noelle Peter is a driving force behind the operational excellence and forward-thinking strategy that defines Head to Toe Brands. As the Executive Vice President of Education & Innovation, she is responsible for ensuring that every franchisee has the tools, products, and knowledge necessary to dominate their market.
With over seven years of leadership experience within the HTT portfolio, Noelle has a deep understanding of the franchisee journey. She previously served as the VP of Operations and Training for The Lash Lounge, where she oversaw the strategic direction and success of more than 130 locations. Today, she leverages that expertise to scale innovation across the entire HTT platform.
Noelle Peter’s career in beauty might seem like destiny, but her hair journey started with a struggle. Before age six, she was given a trendsetting (according to her mom) pixie cut. After years of negotiation, she finally earned the right to grow her hair long, keeping it halfway down her back through high school. Growing up with a mom who ran a hair salon, Noelle spent her teens and early 20s immersed in the industry -though her dad would say she mostly used that access to change her hairstyle whenever she had a new boyfriend.
Now Noelle is putting those years of “market research” to work. While she’s moved past the pixie cut, she’s still focused on transformation -specifically transforming how franchisees and stylists are supported.
